Upon confirmation of your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price.

The remaining amount can be transferred at the beginning of your stay or paid on site by card or in cash.

Cancellation Policy

(in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you the right to cancel your reservation under the following conditions, pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:

• For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, no cancellation fee applies – however, the deposit will be retained.
• For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
• For cancellations made within the last 15 days before arrival, the full price will be charged.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the booked stay.
